The Loren is the south shore's only hotel condominium: a boutique hotel at the base of Riverside and South Lamar with two dozen private residences above it. That arrangement gives owners things no other Zilker building offers, in residence dining, housekeeping on request, valet, a spa and a restaurant downstairs, in a building small enough that the staff know every resident by name.

The position is lakefront. The trail runs directly in front, the skyline sits across the water, and Zilker Park is a short walk west. Because only twenty four residences exist and the building is new, trades are rare and tend to happen quietly, which is where a relationship with the building matters more than a search alert.

Both. The hotel occupies the lower floors and the twenty four private residences sit above it with their own entry and elevator access. Owners can use hotel services and amenities, with charges for the a la carte items.

How often do residences come available?
