Four Seasons Residences is the downtown building for people who want the residence to run itself. Hotel services extend to the residential tower: concierge, housekeeping on request, in residence dining, spa and fitness access, and a staff that knows how to handle an owner who arrives from the airport at midnight and leaves again Thursday.

The site is the lakefront strip along Cesar Chavez between the Congress Avenue bridge and the hotel, which gives the south facing residences a straight view over Lady Bird Lake to the hills with nothing that can be built in front of it. Floors 28 through 31 hold the penthouse collection, with a full floor residence at the top.

Is this the same as Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin?

No. This is the 2010 tower downtown on Lady Bird Lake, next to the Four Seasons Hotel. Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin is a new development several miles west on Lake Austin, in sales now. Liz covers both and they suit different buyers.

Is it a good second home?

It is the downtown building most often chosen as one. Full service, a garage, staff who handle the residence between visits, and a location that works for the events that bring second home owners to Austin: SXSW, ACL, F1 and the football weekends.
